18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female aged 18-75 years; 2) Preoperative histopathological diagnosis confirmed breast cancer. 3) Neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy is planned according to the judgement of the researchers. 4) Echocardiography or radionuclide angiography (MUGA) showed that left ventricular ejection fraction was more than 55%. 5) ECOG score 0-2; 6) Ability and willingness to sign informed consent; 7) Voluntary participation, good compliance, can be followed up; 8) The function of bone marrow and main organs is basically normal. Blood routine: white blood cell (WBC) > 4.0 *10^9/L, neutrophil count (ANC) > 1.5 *10^9/L. B. Hemoglobin (HgB) > 100g/L, platelet (PLT) > 80 *10^9/L; C. Liver function: aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and/or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) = 2.5N, and serum total bilirubin 60ml/min).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Breast cancer patients who do not receive chemotherapy (targeted therapy only). 2) According to the judgement of the researchers, the patients with other serious diseases can not tolerate chemotherapy. 3) Pregnant or lactating women. 4) Mental disorders or mental disorders, poor compliance. 5) Interruption of treatment for any reason can not complete the course of chemotherapy.
