Age
18 Years to 34 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. maternal age range is 18-34 years old; b. gestational age is 37-41 + 6 weeks of delivery; c. perineal tear after delivery; d. singleton pregnancy; e. maternal with clear thinking, and volunteer to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. with factors that are not suitable for skin contact, such as neonatal asphyxia; b. maternal pregnancy with serious pregnancy complications, excluding intervention by internal medicine and good symptom control; c. birthtime and postpartum complications such as fever during birth, postpartum hemorrhage; d. genital tract infection.
