Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with ischemic stroke caused by atrial fibrillation over 18 years old; (2) patients need to use warfarin anticoagulant treatment; (3) patients understand the purpose and requirements of the study, can sign the informed consent and agree to participate in POCT device use training and return to the hospital for follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) exclusion of atherosclerosis and small vascular disease and other causes of stroke; (2) exclusion of anticoagulant treatment contraindicated patients; (3) exclude patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) cannot complete POCT equipment use training; (5) Life expectancy of less than 1 year due to any serious or life-threatening complications.
