Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the drug-dependences aged from 16 to 60 years; 2. sign the informed conssent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. who cannot participate the Taiji training; 2. who cannot finish the six months training; 3. the high risk group, who have severe diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and so on.
