Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the definition of iodine refractory in the guidelines for the management of adult thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer formulated by the American Thyroid Association in 2015, all patients were confirmed to be differentiated thyroid cancer by pathology after total thyroidectomy. According to the diagnostic criteria for distant metastasis, it was suggested that distant metastasis had occurred and had been treated with 131I. Group by: 1. 131I resistance group: after 131I treatment, it was invalid and diagnosed as rai-r DTC by imaging. 2. non 131I resistance group: effective metastatic DTC patients after 131I treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with primary thyroid tumor or other tumors in the distant metastasis site; 2. Patients with undifferentiated thyroid cancer; 3. patients who do not have enough tumor tissue for immunohistochemistry.
