Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS patients who come to our hospital for IVF treatment due to infertility were included in the PCOS patients between 25-40 years old (PCOS according to Rotterdam standard in 2003, aged 25-40 years old, clinical features of hyperandrogen, anovulation or polycystic ovary).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases; 2. Patients with endometriosis above grade III; 3. Patients with premature ovarian failure; 4. Patients with acute and chronic reproductive tract tumors, inflammation of the reproductive tract and other diseases that are not suitable for ovulation induction; 5. Patients taking hormone drugs within the past 3 months.
