Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Has been registered nurses and have nurse license; 2. works clinically in the surgery department; 3. Be willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. On sick leave; 2. From other hospitals and in advanced studies.
