Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With approval from the parents of all of the children who participated in the study, we included children younger than 5 years of age with fever at Shanghai Children's Medical Center and other 3 hospitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: excluded children who used immunosuppressive drugs in the last week or who were involved in other clinical studies
