18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18-75 years, male or unpregnant female; 2)Appropriate for resectin,Preoperative radiographic examination (chest pelvic abdominal enhancement CT or MRI) did not identify distant viscera or peritoneal metastasis;; 3)Preoperative imaging examination clinical staging was T1-T3; 4)Transanal-NOSES:maximum circumferential diameter <3cm, Transvaginal-NOSES: maximum circumferential diameter 3-5cm 5)BMI:18-30kg/m2; 6) Patients who agree to receive treatment according to the standard; 7)Patients or their legal representatives volunteer and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with primary malignant tumors in other sites; 2) No Transvaginal-NOSES:Women of childbearing age; 3) Treated patients:Receive chemotherapy or radiotherapy or local excision; 4)Emergency surgery ,Preoperative bowel obstruction can not be used for bowel preparation; 5)Combined other organ resection; 6) Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney disorders who cannot tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 7) Poor general condition, although it can not be corrected and improved by preoperative treatment.
