Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Diagnosis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia based on the phototherapy reference curve recommended by APP as a reference serum total bilirubin at the 95th percentile and above; 2. 32-week gestation age was less than 42 weeks; 3. The day-of-day is less than 10 days and is not treated in an external hospital; 4. The experiment was approved by the Ethics Committee of our hospital to obtain the informed consent of the children of the child. Control group: a newborn with the same sex and age difference of no more than 3 days and a difference of no more than 1 week in the gestational week is matched, And can be used for treating diseases such as hyperbilirubinemia, sepsis, congenital cardiovascular disease, chromosomal abnormality, hereditary disease, and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with genetic diseases and abnormal chromosomes; 2. Children complicated with severe infections (such as sepsis, meningitis, etc.), ischemic and anoxic encephalopathy; 3. Children with congenital cardiovascular and digestive system malformations; 4. Neonatal bilirubin encephalopathy was diagnosed.
