Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-40 years, single term cesarean section; (2) sign informed consent and have the intention to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Because of the body is serious/other diseases can not cooperate with the examination of patients; (2) Vomplicated with gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, eclampsia, intrahepatic cholestasis; (3) Malignant tumors, other congenital kidney disease history, autoimmune diseases, connective tissue disease; (4) Coronary artery atherosclerosis sex heart disease, serious infection; (5) Cardiac function NYHA levels III or IV congestive heart failure and/or left ventricular ejection fraction of 40% or less; (6) Liver and kidney function is not complete patients, peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis patients, patients with viral hepatitis (HBV, HCV), AIDS and other infectious diseases.
