Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults with an age of > 60 years; 2. Have a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; 3. Receving an operation total joint replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of: 1. cadiovascular disease that is not suitable for exercise training; 2. neurological disease or cognitive impairments; 3. kidney disease that is not suitable for protein supplementation.
