Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection object for the biopsy diagnosed preoperatively and three negative breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant therapy, patients' voluntary participation and sign the informed consent form (for fresh specimens of 8 patients with breast cancer, the patients with acquisition of informed consent and after signing for pathological section of 30 patients with breast cancer, contact patients with oral informed consent and record, if can obtain signature signed informed consent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative chemoradiotherapy, non-primary breast cancer, advanced breast cancer patients, etc.
