Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sepsis 3.0

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years old, pregnant or lactating, serious hematological diseases, malignant tumors, use of drugs affecting platelet function within 2 weeks, active bleeding leads to hemodynamic instability, meeting the enrollment conditions for more than 24 hours;
