45 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 79 years old; 2. Glaucomatous optic nerve damage was found in the fundus, which was consistent with the result of visual field damage; 3. The target intraocular pressure cannot be reduced, the progression of optic nerve damage cannot be controlled, or the anti-glaucoma drugs cannot be tolerated or complied with; 4. The Angle is open (>=Shaffer grade II), the structure of the Angle is clear under the gonioscopy, and the gonioscopy examination is performed by the same experienced ophthalmologist; 5. Understand, agree and being able to cooperate with the operation; 6. Combined with Cataract.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Angle-closure glaucoma; Extensive iris adhesion; Neovascular glaucoma; Uveitis secondary glaucoma; Traumatic glaucoma; Receding Angle; Pigmented glaucoma; Secondary glaucoma after vitreous cavity silicone oil filling; Developmental glaucoma; Other secondary glaucoma; Intraocular lens or apocrystal eye; Factors affecting surgical field of vision such as corneal cloudiness and corneal pannus; The density of corneal endothelial cells was lower than 800/mm2. Functional monocular; Serious heart and lung diseases and advanced cancer; A history of mental illness; Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy; The Pregnant; Renal dialysis patients; Refuse to sign informed consent or fail to follow up.
