Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) it conforms to the diagnostic points of cerebral infarction in "diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases" adopted by the fourth national academic conference of Chinese medical association in 1995.Moreover,It was confirmed that there were lesions which was consistent with clinical manifestations by head CT or MRI scan. (2) for the first onset, ModifiedRankinScale MRS <= 3, course of disease within 1 month or 1-3 months; (3) patients aged from 40 to 75 years old , regardless of gender, who signed informed consent form and insisted on completing the treatment for 28 day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who cannot tolerate repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation or enriched environment or have other serious risks when exposed to them; (2) patients who can not insist on the treatment for 28 days or have other serious complications or diseases that requires priority treatment; (3) epilepsy patients.
