60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who suffered from herpes zoster within 3months; 2. Thoracic herpes zoster; 3. Aged older than 60 years; 4. The pain still existed after takinggabapentin 1800mg/d continuously for a week,and the daily average VAS(morning, middle, evening, and bedtime) was still >= 4 points, or the daily outbreak pain was >= 3 times; 5. Willing to accept pulsed radiofrequency and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled severe hypertension, heart disease, etc., unable to tolerate surgery; 2. Coagulation disorders; 3. Puncture site infection; 4. Patients with mental handicap; 5. Chest radiographs showed severe bone hyperplasia, compression fractures, scoliosis, or other diseases that affect the normal shape of the spine.
