Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression: Aged 30 to 60 years; The Han nationality; Right-handedness; Starting without treatment; Meet the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in DSM-IVHAMD-17 >=17; Patients and their families agree to participate in the study. 2. Normal healthy people: Aged 30 to 60 years; The Han nationality; Right-handedness; Voluntary consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with depression: Major physical illness or a history of brain trauma; Other neuropsychiatric disorders; Antidepressant, antipsychotics or no convulsive electroshock treatment in the last 1 month; Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Normal healthy people: Major physical illness or a history of brain trauma; With neuropsychiatric diseases; Two members of three generations of a family history of mental illness.
