Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The new diagnosis PCNL; Gender is not limited; age 18-65 years; KPS score > 60 points, estimated survival > 6 months; informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious systemic damage to vital organ function; 2. Those with other malignant tumors who need treatment; 3. Clinical symptoms of brain dysfunction or severe mental disorders can not be understood or complied with the research program; 4. Those who cannot follow up as scheduled; 5. Patients who are unable to complete the necessary treatment plan and follow-up observation are not guaranteed.
