Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years and have no gender restriction. Clinical manifestations is skin ulcer and disease duration should more than 1 month. There is test evidence of bacterial infection, clear bacterial species and bacterial amount of infection. Patients should have normal blood glucose and willing to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to photosensitizer; With other serious internal medicine which cannot tolerate photodynamic therapy and negative pressure suction treatment; With systemic infections and the skin ulcer biopsy results is tumor, vascular inflammation, vascular occlusive, metabolic or other reasons which need to etiological treatment; other researchers think that doesn't fit to participate in the study.
