giant CAE:patients underwent underwent aneurysm resection and distal bypass grafting at the time of closure of fistula
big CAE:patients underwent underwent either closure of fistula alone or closure of fistula plus aneurysmal plication
small CAE:patients received closure of fistula alone

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2009 to December 2017, symptomatic Chinese patients who underwent surgical correction of CAE secondary to CCAF in our center were reviewed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from coronary sinus aneurysm were excluded from this study.
