Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >=18 years; primary non-small cell lung cancer; patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery; patients with no history of mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; patients without limb movement disorders and contraindications; informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing pneumonectomy; patients with thoracic deformity; patients requiring mechanical ventilation after surgery; patients with other serious diseases, such as unstable cardiovascular disease, hypertension with poor control.
