Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Severe mental illness; 3. History of upper abdominal surgery (excluding laparoscopic cholecystectomy); 4. History of gastric surgery (including ESD/EMR for gastric cancer); 5. History of other malignant diseases within 5 years; 6. History of unstable angina or myocardial infarction within 6 months; 7. History of cerebral infarction or hemorrhage within 6 months; 8. A history of continuous systemic corticosteroid therapy in 1 month; 9. Pulmonary function test FEV1 < 50% of the predicted value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative confirmation of regional lymph node fusion does not ensure that R0 resection or encapsulation of important vessels is not resectable; 2. The need for concurrent surgical treatment of other diseases; 3. After enrollment, severe complications (intolerance to surgery or anesthesia) occurred before operation, which were not suitable or could not be implemented as planned; 4. Treatment that has been proven to be in violation of this study.
