Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria at the same time; (2) Aged 22 to 60 years old; (3) The course of the disease is more than 6 months; (4) Volunteer subjects; (5) Stop other Chinese and Western medicines for treating oligozoospermia; (6) TCM syndrome differentiation is a syndrome of kidney essence deficiency (refer to the relevant standards in the Medical Science of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital malformation obstruction, testicular atrophy, varicocele greater than II degrees; (2) Those with obvious genital malformations and reproductive system infections; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Mental illness or a patient with a clear genetic factor; (5) Allergic constitution or allergy to the study drug; (6) Those with a history of active infectious diseases; (7) Those who are engaged in special occupations that have obvious impact on fertility (such as radiation, electric welding, etc.); (8) extremely oligospermia and necrospermia disease patients, positive anti-sperm antibody patients, abnormal of semen liquefaction and another abnormal semen patient; (9) Patients who are considered unsuitable for sexual life or treatment, or who have incomplete data affecting efficacy or safety judgment; (10) The woman has a history of infertility-related diseases, and sexual life is not normal, retrograde ejaculation or no ejaculation, and another sexual dysfunction patient; (11) Those who are taking anti-epileptic diseases and anti-tumor drugs that interfere with sperm production and vitality; (12) Those who have taken spermatogenic drugs in the last 3 months.
