Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. IBS Rome F. Guidelines - Rome III Diagnostic Criteria for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders. J Gastrointestinal Liver Dis 2006; 15:307-12): Recurrent abdominal pain or discomfort occurred at least three days a month in the last three months, with the following two or more items: 1. Improvement of postdefecation symptoms; 2. Frequency of defecation accompanied by episodes. Change; 3. Attack accompanied by changes in fecal characteristics (appearance). The symptoms appeared at least 6 months before diagnosis and met the above diagnostic criteria in the last 3 months. All patients were excluded from systemic and local organic diseases by questionnaires, biochemical tests, abdominal ultrasonography, gastroscopy and colonoscopy screening. Patients aged 18-50. Antibiotics or probiotics were discontinued two weeks before the start of the study, and all other IBS therapeutic drugs (such as laxatives and gastrointestinal motility control drugs) were discontinued during the study. Volunteer to join the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal surgery, pregnant women, lactating women, patients with other diseases such as diabetes, heart, pulmonary insufficiency, other abdominal organic diseases, patients previously managed by clinical nutritionists.
