Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 6 to 35 months without a vaccination contraindiction of EV71 vaccine; 2. Children who Live in the local area, with good compliance,and can participate in the entire process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children previously vaccinated with EV71 vaccine ; 2. Children previously suffering from hand, foot and mouth disease; 3. Children who have received any vaccine within 2 weeks of enrollment; 4. Those who have been treated with blood products or immunosuppressants within 6 months of enrollment; 5. The Guardian refuses to participate in the research.
