Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students of zhejiang university were recruited on an informed and voluntary basis, and individuals meeting the following conditions were identified as research objects through medical history inquiry and body composition examination: 1) Aged 18-25 years old, male or female; 2) volunteer to participate in this study, be able to implement the intervention plan and sign the informed consent according to the requirements of the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe liver and kidney function injury: ALT or AST exceeded the normal limit by 2 times, and creatinine exceeded the normal limit by 3 times; 2) patients with tumor; 3) pregnant and lactating women; 4) patients participating in other clinical trials.
