Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis-3.0; 2. The onset time less than 7 days; 3. The patient agrees to participate in the trial and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age is less than 18 years old; 2. Uremia, requiring long-term hemodialysis; 3. The end stage of chronic diseases such as malignant tumors, the estimated survival time is less than 28 days. 4. Pregnant women.
