Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease who were admitted to the department of cardiology, affiliated cardiovascular hospital of xiamen university from October 2019 to October 2021. Patient inclusion criteria (1) aged older than 18 and younger than 90 years; (2) patients hospitalized for hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease; (3) the patient agrees to participate in the clinical observation study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe infection, myocarditis, and multi-system organ failure.
