18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with periampullary tumors with surgical indications; 2. Cardiopulmonary function is basically normal; 3. Aged 18-75 years old; 4. The physical condition is still good, the Karnofsky score >=70 points; 5. The patient and family members are informed and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have been converted to open surgery for various reasons during surgery; 2) The pancreatic duct cannot be found during the operation; 3) Pregnant women, Lactating women or family planning for children of childbearing age; 4) Those with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5) Those who have mental disorders or have a history of mental illness and are unable to cooperate independently; 6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within three months; 7) previous history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or abdominal surgery; 8) The investigator believes that it is not appropriate to enter the trial.
