Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) unipolar or bipolar depression; 2) aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other severe physical disease; 2) combined with other mental disorders, as personality disorders or substance abuse; 3) pregnant or lactating; 4) taking (or use) within one month of antibiotics, yogurt, live bacterial preparations or micro-ecological regulators; 5) patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6) ther reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
