Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes patients who meet the indications for short-term insulin pump treatment in the 2014 China Insulin Pump Therapy Guide; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Diabetes duration: 1 month to 1 year; 4. Willing to accept patients treated with insulin pump; 5. Patients with primary school education and above, who can communicate normally; 6. The patient or the daily caregiver will use the smartphone; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconscious or uncooperative or unclear in language; 2. Accompanied by other serious physical diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; 3. With a history of neurological diseases or mental illness; 4. Acute and chronic serious complications and trauma, surgery, pregnancy, etc.; 5. Ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar non-ketotic coma.
