Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18-45 years; 2. There is no habit of having lunch breaks at regular intervals; 3. No digestive tract diseases, no sleep-related diseases, no other chronic diseases; 4. Normal weight.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have dietary preferences, sleep difficulties, drowsiness or gastrointestinal diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases, who are taking hormones or other drugs that affect sleep or digestive function.
