Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary nodules with diameter <=3cm were found on chest CT. Including: sub - solid nodules (grinding glass nodules, part of the solid nodules), solid nodules; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. CT of patients was stored in the center at the time of enrollment and evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental disorders; 2. treatment or diagnosis of any cancer in five years except for lung cancer; 3. having a history of lung cancer; 4. unexplained weight loss more than 5 kg one year before into the group. 5. Participating in another pulmonary knot study at the same time; 6. Have a history of lung surgery, except for puncture biopsy; 7. Occurrence of pulmonary inflammatory or acute respiratory tract infection one month before into the group 8. Occurrence of hemoptysis one month before into the group; 9. Suffering from an autoimmune disease; 10. Subjects who pregnancy or planned pregnancy; 11. Other situations not appropriate to participate judged by the researchers.
