Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who live in Keshan disease area all the year round and meet the current clinical diagnostic criteria of Keshan disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ones have some mental or physical disabilities. Besides, those have a history of coronary artery bypass graft, percutaneous coronary intervention, positive angiography report or any effective evidence related to the results.
