Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. DDH children aged 0-6 months; 2. Graf type IIc,d, III, IV; 3. IHDI type II, III, IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular Hip Dysplasia or other musculoskeletal diseases; 2. Mild dysplasia type II (type IIa+, type IIa- and type IIb); 3. Hip pyogenic arthritis. with dislocation; 4. Age > 6 months; 5. Other systemic diseases; 6. Received other treatment; 7. Parents refuse to join the group or the follow-up time of patients is less than 6 months.
