Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Patients with CHB who have antiviral therapy indications and have not been treated, or have been treated with NAs for at least 1 year and have HBV DNA <500 IU/ml in accordance with the Diagnostic Criteria for the Prevention of Chronic Hepatitis B (2015 Edition); 3. Liver function is normal or well compensated, Child-Paugh grade A; 4. Sign the informed consent form and be able to comply with the program requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) For those who are allergic to IFNa and its pharmaceutical ingredients, the investigator judges patients who are not suitable for IFN-alpha; 2) combined with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV, HIV infection, or combined with alcoholic liver disease, hereditary metabolic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and other chronic liver diseases; 3) combined with autoimmune diseases, including autoimmune liver disease, psoriasis, etc.; 4) Neutrophil count < 1.5 x 10^9 cells/L or platelet count <70 x 10^9 cells/L; 5) creatinine is 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal; 6) Patients with serious diseases such as heart, lung, kidney, brain and blood; 7) Patients with severe neurological and psychiatric disorders (eg epilepsy, depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia, etc.); 8) Control unstable diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, etc.; 9) a history of severe retinopathy or other evidence of retinopathy; 10) Child-Paugh grade is B, C grade Child-Paugh grade is B, C grade; 11) drug abuse; 12) pregnant or lactating women or patients who have a pregnancy plan during the study period and are unwilling to contraception; 13) The investigator believes that the current status of the subject is not suitable for participation in the study; 14) Patients who participate in other clinical research trials at the same time.
