Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ovarian serous adenocarcinoma; (2) chemotherapy-sensitive group: the patients were initially treated with platinum-based chemotherapy with clinically proven remission, and no recurrent lesions occurred after drug withdrawal for more than six months or until the end of information collection, which was called chemotherapy-sensitive type; (3) chemotherapeutic resistance group: that is, after satisfactory cell tumor reduction surgery and full amount of normal chemotherapy to achieve complete clinical remission, drug withdrawal for half a year, clinical evidence of tumor recurrence: no remission or aggravation of clinical symptoms, no decrease or increase of local mass in imaging examination, no change or increase of tumor markers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with ovarian cancer except serous adenocarcinoma
