18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with middle cerebral artery acute ischemic stroke within 72 hours confirmed by image; 2. NIHSS score 2 to 20 points; 3. appropriate temporal window; 4. Aged 18 to 90 years old; 5. the patient or legal guardian understands and voluntarily participates in the examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. previous history of stroke, mRS score at admission was at least 3 points; 2. did not have appropriate temporal window; 3. serious life-threatening diseases or complications such as heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases; 4. patients with craniocerebral trauma, mental disorders and various causes who cannot cooperate with the examination; 5. subjects considered unsuitable by researchers to participate in this clinical study.
