Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Screening criteria for patients with mood disorders:(1) Han nationality; (2) The use of SCID as a screening tool meets the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV central barriers;(3) The patients and their family agreed to participate in the study. 2. Screening criteria for healthy people in family with mood disorders: (1) Han nationality;(2) Agreed to participate in this study. 3. Normal control screening criteria: (1) Han nationality; (2) Aged from 18 to 65 years; (3) Agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The exclusion criteria for patients with mood disorders in the family: pregnant or lactating women;(1) Severe somatic disease or history of craniocerebral trauma;(2) Other neuropsychiatric diseases;(3) In the last 6 months, received no convulsive electroshock treatment, anti-psychotic or antidepressant treatment. 2. The criteria for the exclusion of healthy people in the family with mood disorders:(1) pregnant or lactating women;(2) Severe somatic disease or history of craniocerebral trauma;(3) A neuropsychiatric condition. 3. Normal control exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) Severe somatic disease or history of craniocerebral trauma;(3) Neuropsychiatric diseases;(4) Three generations of members of the second line have a family history of mental illness.
