20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Who are aged between 18 - 65 years. 2. BMI >= 24. 3. No antibiotic intake for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Yoghurt, lactic acid bacteria beverage and probiotic supplement more than twice a week; 2. Excessive alcohol intake, intake >40 g/day; 3. Suffer from food allergies, such as lactose allergies; 4. Suffer from diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and other related chronic diseases.
