Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformity with the diagnostic criteria of high altitude heart disease and left heart failure; 2. Subjects and their family members have informed consent to the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No Picco hemodynamic monitor for any reason; 2. Complicated with diabetes mellitus, hyperthyroidism, cerebrovascular diseases, severe hematological diseases, tumors, severe pulmonary diseases, congenital heart malformation, obvious infection, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; 3. 3-month history of major surgery.
