18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Previous or current coronary angiography confirmed at least one patient with >50% coronary stenosis; 2. Patients with old myocardial infarction or this hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction; 3. Clinical manifestations of patients with asymptomatic angina, stable angina, unstable angina; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active bleeding, infection, fever, trauma, burns, history of surgery, active tuberculosis or rheumatic immune disease in the last month; 2. Combined with severe valvular disease or cardiomyopathy; patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease or respiratory failure; 3. Severe renal insufficiency, male serum creatinine >221 umol/L, female serum creatinine >177 umol/L; 4. Severe liver failure or cirrhosis; 5. Severe hematopoietic system disease; severe mental illness; malignant tumor; organ transplantation; 6. Difficult to follow up or get accurate information, such as speech or mental disorders; 7. Expected survival <1 year.
