Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) cGVHD occurs after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. According to the diagnostic criteria of cGVHD, it belongs to the patients with generalized GVHD; (2) between 18 and 60 years old; (3) Immunosuppressive agents are ineffective; (4) The life expectancy was longer than 3 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those with effective immunosuppressive agents; (2) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials of cGVHD besides immunosuppressive agents.
