18 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients can cooperate with all the research steps and sign informed consent to participate in the clinical study voluntarily; 2. First-episode or relapse patients in acute stage; 3. Aged 18-55 years old; 4. Compliance with ICD-10 or DSM-V diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) > 17 points; 5. No electroconvulsive therapy or RTMS treatment in recent three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the secondary depressive disorder caused by other organic or drug; 2. With serious physical and brain diseases, alcohol or other substance dependence or abuse history; 3. With co-morbid other mental diseases and have serious suicidal tendency or behavior at present; 4. pregnant or lactating women.
