Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Patients aged at least 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing other organ surgeries at the same time; 2. Re-operation; 3. Patients who is expected to undergo heart surgery again shortly; 4. Patients with critical preoperative state (ventilated, cardiogenic shock, inotropic support, intra-aortic balloon pump), and patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease (dialysis); 5. Patients undergoing salvage surgical procedures (car- diac arrest before induction).
