Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hemiplegia of first stroke with unilateral focus; 2. stable vital signs without progressive hemorrhage or infarction; 3. standing balance level 2, lower limb muscle strength >=3; 4. walking 10 meters independently with or without auxiliary devices; 5. conscious, understandable and executable therapist's instructions, MMSE score 13-23.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. except for stroke, any comorbidity or disability that may hinder walking training; 2. uncontrolled health status that prohibits exercise; 3. any neurological or orthopaedic diseases that may interfere with this study; 4. participants in other training projects during the study; 5. patients with severe hearing and visual impairment and aphasia who cannot complete training.
