18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years, maintenance peritoneal dialysis more than 1 month; 2. Urine volume> 800 ml, residual renal glomerular filtration rate(GFR)> 5 ml/ min, peritoneal dialysis sufficiency assessment total urea removal index(kt/v)> 1.7/week, creatinine clearance (ccr)> 50l/1.73m2/week; 3. Before entering the group, hemoglobin was 90-120 g/L under the condition of routine use of erythropoiesis and iron. 4. Serum albumin>30g/l; 5. The etiology of ESRD is non - diabetic kidney diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drugs containing rhubarb were used before enrollment or during the trial; 2. BP>160/100 or <120/70mmhg ; 3. Allergic constitution or allergic to a variety of drugs; 4. There are serious digestive tract diseases that affect drug absorption,such as active ulcer,Chronic diarrhea,etc; 5. Refused to sign informed consent
