17 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy men; (2) The comprehensive health score questionnaire was completed before the study. (3) No infectious disease or any antibiotics, probiotics, immune-boosting or vitamin micronutrient supplements or health food in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any person who: (1) is currently on medication; (2) take any vitamin or trace element supplements regularly; (3) is suffering from heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, blood system, nervous system or mental illness; (4) do not agree to institute diets and research protocols (do not agree to daily interventions).
