Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. pre-menopausal women, 18-50 years old, about 30 years old is the best; 2. body weight within the normal range, 18.5 < BMI < 23.5; 3. functional constipation Roman IV standards: must comply with the above item 2 or more of the following symptoms: A. defecate taxing over a quarter (25%); B. More than 1/4 (25%) of defecation is dry ball manure or hard manure (type 1-2); C. More than 1/4 (25%) of the defecation feeling; D. More than 1/4 (25%) of defecates have a feeling of anal rectal obstruction/obstruction; E. More than 1/4 (25%) of defecation requires manual assistance; F. spontaneous defecation (SBM) less than 3 times per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. complicated with diabetes, hypothyroidism, etc.; 2. patients with cancer; 3. patients with Parkinson's disease, mental and psychological diseases, etc.; 4. pregnant or lactating women; 5. history of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. according to the judgment of the researcher, patients with other serious hazards to patient safety or accompanying diseases that affect the completion of the study; 7. those considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
